Our Online Reports & Services include the following:
1.Residential Property Valuation Report – calculates the current value of your property, based on our analysis of the most recent actual MLS property sales prices of comparable properties in the immediate market area of your property.
2. Tax Protest Presentation Report – is a property valuation report, prepared in the same format as is used by the local county ARB, or Appraisal Review Board. By presenting your property’s valuation in the ARB report format, your chances of obtaining a favorable tax assessment adjustment are doubly improved; first, because the ARB prefers to see property valuations presented in their format, and second, because your sales data will be more current than the ARB has, because they do not have direct access to the recent MLS property sales.
